Langley McKimmie is seeking
applicants for our internship program.
As a successful applicant you will work closely with
and be mentored by our experienced staff in the areas of:
- Bookkeeping
- Month end and year end reporting
- Individual Taxation
- Business Taxation
- Recording keeping
- Accounting software such as MYOB, Reckon and Xero
- Office administration
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Our business environment encourages input and
ideas. Ideally candidates will:
- Be completing their 2nd or final year of an Accounting degree
- Possess an enthusiastic, self starting approach to their work with high attention to detail, as well as a desire for continuous learning and skills development
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Have a good understanding of accounting processes
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be a team player
Tenure of the internship is 3-4 days during Semester
breaks and mutually agreed days during the Semester period if study allows.
